Grade‑1 natural recycled TPR pellets

TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber)

TPR is an eco‑friendly material combining rubber‑like elasticity and plastic‑like processability. Core characteristics: vulcanization‑free, suitable for direct high‑speed injection‑molding with short cycle time; sprues and off‑cuts can be 100 % recycled. It features soft tactile feel with wide adjustable hardness range (Shore A 0‑100). Excellent low‑temperature toughness, remaining flexible at ‑40 °C. It provides reliable over‑molding bonding with rigid substrates such as PP and ABS via two‑shot injection molding.

Main Applications

Handles for daily‑use hand tools and kitchenware, consumer‑electronic accessories (phone cases, earphone cables), sports articles (yoga mats, shoe soles), automotive parts (sealing strips, steering wheel skins), medical supplies (syringe pistons, tourniquets).

Please state your additional requirements including impact property, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property indicators.

MOQ: 1 ton after successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality defects.
